Little River Game Ranch came into existence in 2000 as a response to the draconian gun laws created by the Howard Government after the Port Arthur massacre.

Created by Eric Bullmore we have now grown to be the second largest sporting organisation in the Geelong region, only surpassed by the Geelong Cats.

We are the largest shooting club in Australia in member numbers, affiliated with ACTA, Australian Sporting Clays and Field & Game Australia. Shooting is enjoyed by many hundreds of thousands of Australians and is an Olympic sport.

We have every conceivable clay target sport available.

We cater for beginner’s right up to professional sportsman and woman. Some of our members have represented Australia in world championships and Olympic Games.      

Youngsters have a fascination with firearms but it is very important that they learn how to handle firearms safely. Our idea of gun control is hand eye coordination at the highest level, while doing it safely for yourself and those around you.
